Setup fee 60% of the initial months' rent plus VAT

Silver: Rent Collection Service
For landlords who want support managing rent payments. Includes all Let Only services, plus:

• Monthly Rent Collection
• Arrears monitoring
• Annual statements

Setup fee £300+VAT plus monthly commission of 6%+VAT

Gold: Fully Managed Service
Complete peace of mind - we handle everything. Includes all services above, plus:

• 6 Monthly Property Inspections
• Maintenance Coordination
• Tenant Communication
• Compliance Management

Setup fee £300+VAT plus monthly commission of 10%+VAT

Platinum: Fully Managed Plus Rent Guarantee
Our premium, hands‑off service with guaranteed income protection. Includes everything in Fully Managed, plus:

• Rent Protection Insurance Policy

Setup fee £300+VAT plus monthly commission of 14%+VAT
